Survey toward the standardization of emergency medical service data in Thailand (2019)

In the "Project for standardizing emergency medical data and improving emergency transport in the Kingdom of Thailand" of the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity (APT), we investigated and researched the emergency medical service and related medical equipment in cooperation with project members (Thailand's National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM), Thailand's National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), and Telephone Organization of Thailand (TOT).

Based on knowledge acquired through workshops and related lectures in Bangkok, relevant organizations that we visited in Tokyo, and active information exchange (Fire and Disaster Management Agency of MIC, Yokohama City Fire Bureau, medical device manufacturers, etc.), we will promote the future improvement of ICT for emergency transport and emergency medical services in the Kingdom of Thailand.
